Air Duct Cleaning

How it works and what you get.

What air duct cleaning includes

A real duct cleaning is more than vacuuming the vent covers. We connect a HEPA-filtered collector to your system and put the whole duct network under negative air pressure. Then we work through every supply and return line with rotary brushes and compressed-air whips to knock debris loose. Because the system is under suction, that loosened dust is pulled out of the house instead of into your rooms.

  • All supply and return ducts, including the main trunk lines
  • Supply registers and return grilles removed and washed
  • Camera inspection before and after, with photos you keep
  • Fresh filter installed when we finish

Signs your ducts need cleaning

  • Dust collects on furniture soon after you clean
  • Visible dust or debris around the vents
  • A musty or stale smell when the system turns on
  • You recently remodeled, moved in or added pets
  • Allergy symptoms that are worse indoors
  • Some rooms get noticeably weaker airflow than others

How long it takes and what it costs

Most single-furnace homes take about two to four hours. Larger homes, homes with two systems, or heavily soiled ducts take longer. The price depends on home size, number of vents and systems, and whether you add dryer vent cleaning or sanitizing. Call us with your home details and we will give you a clear quote before work starts.

Why negative-air cleaning matters

Without a powerful collector holding the system under suction, brushing ducts can just push dust into the house. Our negative-air method keeps the mess inside the duct and the collector, which is why we can clean without covering your furniture in dust.

All services

Four ways to cleaner air.

One visit can cover the ducts, the dryer vent and the furnace itself.

Air Duct Cleaning

We seal the system, put the whole duct run under negative air pressure, and agitate every branch so years of dust, pet hair and construction debris leave the house instead of the vents.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Packed lint is a leading cause of dryer fires and long drying cycles. We clean the full run to the exterior flap and check airflow at the hood when we're done.

HVAC & Furnace Cleaning

A dirty blower wheel and coil make your furnace and AC work harder. We clean the cabinet, blower assembly and accessible coil surfaces and swap in a fresh filter.

Sanitizing & Mold Treatment

After cleaning, we fog the ductwork with an EPA-registered antimicrobial to treat odor, mildew and bacteria. Ideal after water damage, a new pet, or moving into an older home.

Questions

Good to know.

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

Most homes benefit every three to five years, or sooner with pets, smokers, allergies, recent renovation or after moving in.

Will you clean all of the vents?

Yes. We clean every supply and return line we can access, plus the main trunks, and show you photos before and after.

Is duct cleaning messy?

No. The system stays under negative pressure the whole time, and we cover floors and clean up before we leave.
